How do I apply for job in Hindustan Industrial Research?
Hindustan Industrial Research will hire the candidates based upon our internal requirements as per our project commitments. All our current vacancy or ongoing interview & selection process will be published in our corporate website. We also used to publish the interview details at various job portals like Naukri.com, Monsterindia.com, freshersworld.com.
Do we need to pay any kind of fees to take part in the Interview?
Can I apply for job from 3rd party man power consultant?
NO! You can't apply for job with Hindustan Industrial Research routed from 3rd Party Consultant. As per HR policy we don't hire anybody from 3rd party man power consultant. However for HR online marketing purpose, we used to publish all our vacancy details only in selected job portals who act as a official HR recruitment partner to Hindustan Industrial Research Pvt Ltd.
What happen after I applied for the specified position?
Once you applied for the specified position, we receive your job application and personal database, which will be go for review and filtering process. Once your portfolio matches with the job requirements, we will verify your details by calling you. After tele-confirmation we will schedule your interview and issue you a Interivew Call Letter that will be be e-mailed to your registered email ID.
What kind of documents should I need to bring for the Interview?
At first follow the instructions provided in the Call Letter. Either you can forward the asked docuements over e-mail or you can bring your hard copies. As per our HR policy candidates who appear for the Interview process need to have the following set of documents provided below.
What happens, If I failed to bring the required documents?
As per our HR Policy all candidates who appear for the Interview & Selection need to have their documents ready either as a Soft Copy or Hard Copy. If you don't have the documents during the time of Interivew, you may not allow to appear for the Interview & Selection process.
How I know about the Status of Post Interview?
It will normally take 10 to 15 working days to declare the interview status. If you cleared all the Interview & selection process, for sure you will get call from our HR department and followed by the confrmation mail.
Can I Walk-In for Interview?
No you can't. in order to apply for any kind of job position you need to follow the protocol's followed by HIRPL. At first you need to apply online for the select post you wish to apply. Once we received your job applicaction we will review it and if it match with our requirement we will schedule your interview and invite to take part in the selection process.

Why I was not given with OFFER Letter?
If you have cleared all the Interview Rounds you will be informed by our HRD Department. Then you will be called for the final Interview on Salary discussion & finalization. On the oral acceptance, what ever it was finalized in the Final Interview the same will be e-mail to you by our HRD Department. You will also advised with DOJ (Date of Joining) in the Job Confimration Mail. After succefully completion of your Joining Formalities HIRPL will directly issue "Appointment Order". Hence we are not issusing seperate OFFER LETTER, which dosen't hold any meaning.
