ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Candidate is responsible for Full Time HR Roles, which involves 

  • Internal Recruitment, Job Posting, Filtering, Scheduling the Interview Process

  • Staff Management like working on Staff benefits  ~ Insurance, Petrol & Medical Allowance

  • Attendance & Payroll Management

  • Leave & Holiday Management ~ Policy Formulation & Monitoring 

  • HRM MIS Management System & Documentation 

  • HR ISO Documentation & Other functional activities  

​REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Must be a MBA Graduate with atleast 6 months of Work Experience

  • Payroll Management

  • Tax Management & calculations

  • Excellent Skills in Excel, Power Point Presentations

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Recruitment process & procedures

  • Team Building & Leadership Skills

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Must have atleast 6 Months of Work Experience

  • Must already worked with IT & ITeS Industry
